Intro
This event addresses the critical engineering and operational hurdles of transitioning AI from experimental proofs of concept (PoCs) to deterministic, production-grade enterprise deployments.
Bringing together systems architects, researchers, and engineers, we’ll explore three foundational pillars of modern AI infrastructure: safety-compliant AI governance within highly regulated environments like the automotive sector, system-level quality assurance for complex multi-agent workflows, and the post-deployment behavioral dynamics that dictate real-world user adoption.

Agenda
The agenda is structured to follow a macro-to-micro-to-operational logical progression. We begin at the macro-compliance level, establishing the legal, regulatory, and quality assurance frameworks required before production engineering starts. We then transition into micro-level technical architecture, focusing on the specific QA challenges of verifying non-deterministic, multi-step agentic workflows. Finally, the session moves to post-deployment operations, analyzing the behavioral factors and human-system interactions that dictate whether a technically sound system succeeds or fails after release.

Speaker: Alireza “Andrew” Sharifikia (Software Engineering Manager at Corpy & Co.)
Focus: A technical breakdown of AI quality assurance and safety guidelines within the strict regulations of the Japanese automotive sector. This talk addresses why half of underperforming AI investments stem from governance failures and offers an architectural roadmap to mitigate these risks.
System Quality Frameworks for Multi-Agent AI
Speaker: Raphael Aubel (R&D Engineer at Corpy & Co.)
Focus: Extending QA4AI principles to evaluate complex, multi-step system trajectories rather than isolated inputs. Using a retail scenario, the session explores how to verify intermediate decisions, tool calls, and end-to-end repeatability before production release.
The Post-Deployment Human Layer
Speaker: Tomomi Tanaka (Founder, Behavioral AI Lab)
Focus: An investigation into why enterprise AI systems excel in technical benchmarks yet fail in production due to human factors like trust misalignment, cognitive overload, and user adaptation. Alireza "Andrew" Sharifikia is a Senior Manager in Software Engineering with a background in AI, Computer Vision, and Data Science. I love contributing to the startup community, and currently lead the XAI initiative and AI product sales at Corpy & Co.
